From Choughs Cafe to Mannas Diner

Choughs Training Project Ltd closed on 4th April, 2008 after 14 successful years although it had struggled financially and almost closed on previous occasions with the trustees lending their own money to sustain the project.Choughs transferred to The Anchorage Trust on 5th April, 2008 who continue to maintain the objectives of the previous charity training people with learning/physical disabilities. The Anchorage Trust is ensuring the previous hard work and commitment of the trustees continues to serve the community of Penwith and opened Mannas Diner on 5th April, 2008. We are very pleased to announce that on 3rd October 2008 we were awarded the Chef's Gold award for providing healthier choices using local produce & high standards of hygiene.
